Municipal Court

If you  received a Summons in Municipal Court for a violation of the traffic laws such as Driving While Suspended, Speeding, or other moving violation; Driving While Intoxicated or Under the Influence of Marijuana or Drugs; Domestic Violence; Shoplifting; Possession of Drugs; or local Ordinance or Zoning violation, DON’T GO TO COURT ALONE!!!

Criminal offenses and DWI charges in Municipal Court can have serious consequences, including jail time, substantial fines, loss of driving privileges, community service and/or job forfeiture. If you do not have competent legal representation, you may be unjustly convicted as there may have been an improper search or seizure of your property and/or breath or bodily fluid samples, an unlawful arrest, or other violation of your Constitutional rights.

As an experienced attorney concentrating in this area of law, I have successfully handled thousands of these types of charges in Municipal Court.  Before you go to Court, or pay the ticket by mail, you should be aware of your rights under the law, and any possible defenses you may have.  I have been practicing in the Municipal Courts of New Jersey and New York for over 37 years and have the experience, knowledge and ability you need to protect your interests.

The State is being represented by an experienced Prosecutor in all Municipal Court proceedings-you should have a qualified, competent and experienced advocate on your side!

Don’t go to Municipal court alone!! To learn how I may be able to assist you in defending against your charges and protect your rights, contact me now at my office. See Contact US.
